Back to School

Hi, it's a me, Kayla. I'm being weird. I'm gonna stop....KIDDING! So I didn't post in the last two weeks because I've been busy. I've been trying to do all the summer school work in one week. Thank God I'm fast at doing math and I have an audio book version of the reading. Also I've been watching Superntaural trying to catch my mom up until she went back to school. That happened already and now I've got her and my younger brother hooked on the show. And not on purpose at all. Any who, schools all over America are coming back in session. I happen to no longer go to the private school which started the day I write this while sitting in Starbucks, "doing math." I am actually doing math. I just happen to remember that I have a life on the internet. And I need to keep that up to date too. It's also really hot outside and I'm wearing jeans and a flannel over my short sleeves. And Starbucks is about a mile away from my house.

UPDATE: about an hour after I wrote this, I finished all my school work.

I'm back at Starbucks, it's the next day. This time it's not for school work. It's still school related. Last year I had two calculators. A graphing one for math and a scientific one for science. I only really needed one. So when a classmate of mine needed a calculator for the year, I lent her my scientific one. School year ended and I kinda forgot. I did remember and I said give it back to me at the end of the last exam. There were about two exams a day. The last day of exams a and I only had one exam that day and she had two. My last one was the first one everyone took. I remembered before it, asked her for it back after the exam. I finished kinda early and forgot about the calculator until after the good bye party my classmates threw for me. The girl who had my calculator was a boarder so she didn't really live there and she was going away for camp. So naturally as the summer went on, I forgot. So summer goes by and all of a sudden it's the day before they start school. I email them all saying good luck and I miss you. She emails me back reminding me she has my calculator. I immediately email back saying Friday I'll wait outside the school gates a retrieve it at the end of the day. So here I am, not in jeans (I don't need to scar them.) I look modest and put together. I look like the Kayla they remember, not the one I've turned into. I am wearing a choker and bright red lipstick with reptile leggings.
