Blogmas day 4

Sorry I skipped a day. I'm taking exams. This is a very serious blog post. I just wanted to speak my mind a bit.

DISCLAIMER: THIS POST IS ABOUT HATE. THIS IS NOT THE TYPICAL HATE THINGAMABOB. THERE IS NO STORY FROM WHAT THIS BLOOMED FROM. IF I SAY SOMETHING & YOU DON’T AGREE, WHAT I SAY, MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS DOESN’T HAVE ANY RESEARCH BESIDES COMMON KNOWLEDGE, FANFICTIONS (not all fanfics are dirty.), BOOKS, VIDEOS, RECORDINGS, AND PERSONAL STORIES I HAVE HEARD.

ENJOY!! :)

Hi my name is Kayla and you have stumbled upon my corner.

So todays advice/rant is about (drum roll) haters. Now you should have heard of the saying (“sticks and stones can break my bones but words can never hurt me.”) Let me just say, that it is partly wrong in my opinion. Unless you are a bad butt or invincible or just ignore people or whatever type of people who don’t let hate, or in this sense words, get to you. Or you are like me and you comeback with a jealous rant of some sorts. (#sass) For most people, hate or bullying or just playful teasing, is hurtful. I might say something accidentally and not realize it affected someone. What I said may possibly stick with them for the rest of their life, making them go down a road they might have never had to be on. (Let that sink in for a second) BUT because I am the nicest person ever (So I’ve been told), that rarely happens. And guys when I say hate I mean verbal hate, written/typed hate, and physical hate. Hate is also bullying in some & most cases. Hate is everywhere but now a days even with all the antibullying laws, I think that most people believe that it may only apply in the real world or not them because they think that they aren’t doing that. (Reality check, it most likely does) Well guess what universe, the internet is the real world too. And most people are addicted to it. Because more and more people are on the internet, probably creating a profile for some sort of social media, it makes bullying easier. But, with DMs on Twitter [and tweets b/c the whole doesn’t usually see it unless they search for it] and Messaging, posts to their wall, and groups and pages about that person, on Facebook, whatever Myspace had (moment of silence for MySpace) and Snapchat and Instagram and Vine and PMs on other websites, people can’t always tell. And I almost forgot the little device that you are probably on, 24/7, the holy grail of communication ( that and wifi. we would die w/o both), the cell phone. Do I really need to tell you about it. I hope you can figure it out by yourself. But now let’s say you were still in school [gonna go with high school b/c I am in high school currently]. Guess what, it just got worse for that person. I would say that you have a 1 in 100 chance of not getting physically bullied at school. Definitely 1 in 4 chance of being verbally bullied. I can tell you from experience that going to a teacher, doesn’t always work. I went to the vice principal TWICE about the bullying. Nothing except a talk. I eventually went to my mom and she shut the whole thing down. Then again it was my brother who started it. Sometimes it makes it worse. Remember that two wrongs don’t make a right. Don’t try punching back. Ignore it because soon enough, you could be the one deciding if they make it or break it. Then who will be the one laughing then.
Well this has been a very serious post. Also very inspirational. Remember what I told you.
Comment down below a tip to not let the bullying get to you.
